The envelope icon is used to access Inbox and simpler communication with NLB. In Inbox you will receive all important information about products and services, payment methods, and devices you use, as well as the status of your transactions. You will also be able to send us suggestions and questions about products and applications or make an objection by creating a new message or responding to the received message from the bank. You can view all received and sent messages in Inbox in the "Requirements" section. You can also archive messages by clicking on the "Archive" button. All archived messages will be displayed in the "Archive" section. You can always return archived messages to Inbox / Request.
If you lose your device, you can temporarily block access to mobile banking, on Self-care > Mobile device management, by selecting the Block device next to the name of the lost device. If you find a phone that you have temporarily blocked, you can reuse it to access mobile banking by activating the same by selecting the Unblock device. If your device is stolen, you can delete it from the list, on the same path Self-care > Mobile device management.
Orders in the maximum amount of 300,000 dinars and with checked urgent option will be executed within a few seconds. QR IPS payments are not enabled by the internet banking application, but within it users are enabled to view execution of these transaction and payment order details.
Any RSD transaction in the amount of up to 300,000 dinars you initiate through our Internet banking will be executed immediately, regardless of the time and date of payment if you check Urgent check box. In case you do not select Urgent option, the transaction will be executed in the first NBS clearing cycle.
You can download your payment confirmation by selecting the Email Confirmation option in the details of the transaction shown in the List of transactions.

"Prenesi“ is a service which enables you to transfer dinars to another individual who may or may not be a client of the bank, without knowing their account number. It is sufficient to know the mobile phone number of the recipient. You can also receive money this way, if you choose to register for this service in our internet or mobile banking solution.
If payment transaction is initiated (and option instant is not selected) while there is no funds at account, it will be pending until the end of the working day. If there is an inflow during specified period, the order will be implemented, otherwise it will be cancelled
You can make currency exchanges through the application by selecting the Foreign Exchange option. The exchange rate will be displayed after entering the amount of the foreign currency you want to exchange. Significantly more favorable exchange rate compared to the Bank''s standard exchange rate is available for EUR in our electronic and mobile banking solutions!
The fee is charged according to the package you use in the bank. All payment up to 300.000 RSD are without fee for users of any account package except Payment account with Basic services and EuroPlata . Please find detailed information about fees at Tariff of charges.
The statement for individuals, will be delivered once a month as per selected channel of communication. Also, you can download copies of available statements on the Internet or mobile application, on the path: Accounts > Statements.

User of exNLB electronic banking can log into our new electronic banking application with existing username and password (if you have not previously logged into our new mobile banking app). Old username and password, that you can use to log into new solution first time are temporary and you will have to create new ones right away, that you will use from now on.
In order to activate your NLB e-B@nking application, you need to register for this service in our branch or via on-line registration, to receive your temporary login credentials. On login page, choose option to login via username and password. Enter your temporary credentials and then create your new username and password (please follow complexity recommendations), that will be known to you alone. In this step you might receive request to validate your email address, confirm that your mail is correct and follow the link than you will receive via mail. From now on, you can loggin with your new username and password.
Select option Forgot username on login screen and that in pop-up screen, enter e-mail address you previously registered with the Bank. Your username will be delivered to this address shortly.
Select Forgot password option on login page and on pop-up screen enter: your username, e-mail address you previously registered with the Bank and your new password, reconfirm your password and then press continue. If all data you entered is correct and validated, you will receive one time code on your mobile number. By entering this code you will authorize password change and be able to use new password from now on.
In order to login into e-B@nking with this option, you must have active NLB mobile banking app. Log into your mobile banking app and choose option mToken. In this option you can retrieve mToken serial number and OTP code. On e-B@nking login page select mToken as login option and enter these 2 codes. After validation, application will log you in.

E-b@nking application allows clients who have both personal and business user profiles to log in with one user. On your first login into internet banking, your personal profile will be loaded and you can access your business profile by selecting it from a drop-down menu in upper-right corner. You can change the default profile at any time via the Self care page.
After you launch your existing m-B@nking application, you will receive information that you need to activate new NLB mobile banking solution, together with link that will lead you to our app. store and information about your existing username (keep it). After downloading and installing our new app, on first launch, choose option Activate and then option „exNLB user“, enter your existing username and password and then enter your new login PIN and/or activate biometrics (if this option is available on your mobile device and you wish to activate it). With this, you have activated your new mobile banking app and can log into it with new credentials.
After successful login into the existing m-B@nking application, you will receive information that it is necessary to activate the new NLB mobile banking solution, when you should select "Switch to the new application" option from the menu. Enter your PIN and press the "Download New App" button. That will open the app store, from where you need to download and install the new application. After installing the new application, on the home screen select the "Activate" option, and then option "Ex-Direct Solutions User", then choose new four-digit PIN to access the application and activate biometric login (if this option is available on the device you are using). You have now activated the new mobile banking application.
In order to become a user of the NLB m-B@nking application, you need to submit Request for digital services in the nearest branch or at the bank''s website (on-line registration), where you will receive temporary credentials for the first login. These access parameters: identification and activation code, will be delivered by the Bank, first via e-mail and second within SMS. These codes are generated for each user individually and won''t be stored in the Bank''s system. Download the application from the appropriate store (Google or Apple) and at the home page select the option Registration, and then New User. Enter the identification code followed by the activation code from the SMS message. Define a login PIN and activate biometrics, that will be used to log into application from now on.
You can easily change the look of the home screen by adding or removing widgets. Just at the bottom of the home screen, select Add a new widget. At any time, you can reset the widgets by clicking Restore to Default.

Self-care menu allows you to perform different actions such as change username, change password, change profile image. You can overview your personal information (name and surname, address) and contact data (contact address, mobile phone number, email address). In this menu, you can manage your mobile banking devices, notifications, default accounts, etc.
